Phone Based Support Costs
$2.00 per minute - 10 minute minimum charge ($20.00 per call). Payment must be made with Visa or MasterCard. Please make your payment at https://support.realestatecpr.com. We will contact you once payment has been made. Typical call back response time is within 24 hours.
Email Based Support
$20.00 per support ticket - Tickets MUST be entered at http://support.realestatecpr.com (This is a secure site. A Visa or Master Card is required to purchase a support request. Support request may take up to 72 hours to be fulfilled.)
On-Site Support
$150.00 per visit up to 1 hour. $75.00 per each additional hour.
Web Site Development and Web Site Changes
$75.00 per hour. One hour minimum. A full development quote will be sent you once we receive your request. Payment must be made upfront before development begins.
Free Support: Errors, General, Login
You may send in error reports on your web site, general questions about our real estate cpr advantage package, and login requests. DO NOT send support requests or development request
that belong under another department category with one of these free designations. Your support request will automatically be deleted if you submit a chargeable support request
via one of these designations. Thank you!!!
